SEARCH THE CATALOGUE AND BOOK ONLINE
Browse our catalogue to get to the documents of interest.
Once the desired archive is selected:
-click on “visualizza le unità archivistiche associate”;
-flag the number of the item you want to reserve;
-click on “effettua la Richiesta di prenotazione delle unità selezionate” (at the bottom of the page);
-select a day for your visit (after checking the opening hours of our study rooms);
-for “cemento armato” items only, please specify the file number in the NOTES field;
-send the reservation from the cart (by clicking on the user icon).
RECORD PULLS
Records are pulled two times in the morning:
- 9 am: 3 items can be provided only if requests have been submitted before 4pm on the day before the planned visit;
- 11 am: researchers can receive 3 items in case a) they have retourned by 10.30 am all the items previously provided ; b) they have sent their request after 4pm on the day before the planned visit; c) they wish to book items on the day of the planned visit and have no items already assigned.
Items must be consulted one at a time; researchers can keep them for subsequent visits for a maximum of three weeks.
